All are shared to help us see one another more clearly. Some names have been changed to protect some identities, however the stories are true.

Christy volunteers across Shepherd’s House Ministries, using her handywoman skills and love for “life on life” service to support women at Abi’s House, assist in kitchens, and improve ministry spaces, all while connecting with the community through her welcoming presence and quirky truck, “Uggy.”

Volunteer Spotlight | Beyond the Meal - Diane Miles

Diane, a volunteer in the Men’s Center kitchen, serves over 1,000 meals a month with empathy and generosity, donating equipment, naming a new mixer “Mollie,” and embodying the spirit of giving that nourishes both body and hope for those living in survival mode.

Redmond Center Celebrates One Year!

In its first year, the Shepherd's House Redmond Center has provided safety, meals, shelter, and pathways to hope for over 400 individuals, transforming a new facility into a supportive community where guests find basic needs met, connections strengthened, and lives begin to heal, while staff and partners work daily to sustain and grow this life-changing mission.

Transformation at Juniper Ridge: Hope and Hard Work Lead to Opportunity

For six months, Project SHARE has supported Christopher, Janis, and their three children at Juniper Ridge, and recently Christopher’s perseverance was rewarded with a new job, marking a vital step toward stability for the family.
